How we take care of your commercial air conditioning
Our service contracts are designed to give you complete peace of mind.
We’ll take care of servicing your air conditioning and ventilation units, maintain them to the highest regulatory standard, and provide a digital service history record that we’ll also retain for five years.
- Refrigerant level checks to optimise efficiency and identify leaks

Don't risk non-compliance
The UK Government also requires your air conditioning units to be regularly tested for F-Gas leaks. You could face fines of up to £200k in the event of a serious breach, so it’s vital to have a specialist partner like JLA on hand.
What if I find an aircon leak?
Your first priority is to fix the leak as soon as possible and book another service in for a month after the repair.
As a business owner, it’s important to the fix leak as soon as possible, If a leak is detected on any of your units, we will provide you with a quote to repair the leak, which will include replacing the lost refrigeration, and complete further tests to provide peace of mind that your units are working compliantly. We will then issue your F-Gas certification. Once you have been notified that a leak is present, you have 30 days to ensure suitable repairs are carried out.
